Anna Biernacka “Fugazi” is an artist born and living in Poland. For three years she has been engaged in her individual creative activity, which consists in realization of  her own actions connected with theatre, performance and body art. She is a this year’s scholar of Marshall’s Office of Silesian Province and  President of Częstochowa City.

She cooperated with Suka Off Group (from Katowice) and acted in Teatr Jednego Wiersza (the Theatre of One Poem) in Opole. For ten years she has collaborated with Teatr from Poland (in Częstochowa) in organizing performances and street actions (happening). Anna Biernacka is the organizer of Para-theatrical Activity and Performance OFFsceniczny (OFFscenic) Festival (May 2006) and the author of  the project of Festiwal Teatrów Ogródkowych (The Garden Theatres Festival) “W Zaułku”,  which takes place in Częstochowa. She also organizes a theatrical workshop for young people.
